We had a nice stay in the hotel, service is good , staff is helpful and friendly, we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Location was not ideal, about 25 min walk, if you take shuttle, then it’s 15 mins to Harram. Road works still going but they tend to finish and underpass should be running in Ramadan which will then reduce travel time for sure.

The hotel is good in terms of cleanliness
The services are good and the breakfast buffet is good
The room is very small for four people
The problem is that transportation to the Haram is not available due to renovations
This had to be disclosed by the hotel
Walking was very difficult to reach the Haram and the road is not completely paved

The hotel is not accessible and isolated from the Haram and is not how it said on the website. There is a massive works road and all roads are blocked to reach to the hotel.
Taxi drivers are not willing to take anyone to hotel.

The second time I went back to the hotel, it was really good value in the Mecca area and included breakfast. It was only 18 minutes walk to the Haram. If I come back again, I will choose this one.

The were big infrastructure workers in front of the hotel. And cars can’t reach the hotel.
